If you are anywhere near Berkeley and would like to indulge, I recommend trying Angeline's Louisiana Kitchen. An eloquent twist on soul food, I ordered fried chicken over a tasso ham cream gravy, sweet mashed potatoes, green beans and of course, macaroni and cheese. Location: Berkely, Oakland

If you're in SF and in the mood for fine dining & seafood, go to Scoma's. To access it, you will need to walk through an alley off the wharf. It's definitely worth it even if you only order the shrimp cocktail (pictured below) next to a decadent & delicious bowl of Salmon Mac & Cheese. Location: San Francisco, Fishermans Wharf
I woke up one morning while up in SF craving Waffles. I asked the receptionist of my hotel whether or not she knew of any places nearby that served waffles or good breakfast in general. I ended up here at Dottie's, which was about a 10 minute walk from StayPineapple. While they didn't have any waffles, they make everything in house meaning their pastries, muffins, and rolls are served in a truly homemade fashion. This was a huge plus for me. Also, the andouille sausage is superb, BOMB AF, EVERYTHING! Location: San Francisco, Union Square
So, these are actually two separate establishments I found sitting right next to one another as I left a nail salon on Polk St., San Francisco. Mac'd offers customers the ability to create custom mac n' cheese. Cheese lovers say, YASSS! Anyone who know's also knows that I LOVE CHEESE. However, I actually did not enjoy my mac and cheese which was unfortunate because I looking forward to it. I think I ordered the wrong combination of items for my palette and I literally mean for my palette because it wasn't nasty. I would just have preferred a different taste. The mac n' cheese I ordered had the basic cheese sauce, chicken, bacon with truffle oil, and hot cheetos crumbles for toppings. ANYWAYS, they have multiple types of cheeses sauces including a white sauce called the 'The Goddess' for all my alfredo fiends. I'm-A be honest when I say I should have went with their BOUGIE mac combination which includes shell pasta, chicken, mushrooms, parmesan, and truffle oil. I enjoyed this hidden gem very much. I woke up in the morning with a craving for waffles and More Than Waffles satisfied my hunger. Plus, the fruit they put on top of their waffles is ACTUALLY FRESH & their "small" side of potatoes is enough to feed three people. Who doesn't want extra food? I spent $29 in total, including OJ, and I couldn't finish everything but I will be going back on my waffle craving days.
Location: Encino, CA I stumbled across this place due to starvation. If you are looking for quality Chinese Food in Los Angeles dine at Chin Chin. It is slightly pricey but worth a try. Location: Sunset Strip, Los Angeles.
 Unfortunately, I don't have any other photos to upload due to having such a great experience here. However, this beautiful drink is AMAZING and well worth the $17 spent to have it. The food is great as well. I would go in on an empty stomach because you WILL get full FAST!
The drink is called the Mangoneada Margarita, a MUST HAVE, and is normally served with Patron or Beer. However, I substituted that for Hennessy as I'm a whiskey girl. This drink includes a Vera Mango Chili Sucker which thoroughly compliments the taste of the drink. Photographers walk about the restaurant taking pictures which they are able to print and frame for a fee. If you want to remember your experience you will have that opportunity. Los Angeles Locations: Inglewood This place is my go to when I'm on the go and want to be healthy and have my appetite fulfilled at the same time. Uba Tuba serves acai bowls, fresh pressed juices, and several different types of empanadas.
My favorite order: Custom Medium Acai Bowl mixed in w/ Guava Pulp adding Pineapples, Mango's, Kiwi, DOUBLE Granola & Honey Drizzle. Los Angeles Locations: Koreatown, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Northridge, Melrose, Woodland Hills, Tarzana. Baked Goods Af.
